The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Icon Group, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead, focusing on supporting the commercial aspects of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project packages, drafting subcontract agreements, assessing payment claims, and ensuring contractual compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of local construction practices, a Quantity Surveying degree, and 2-3 years of post-graduate experience on vertical projects exceeding $30m. Strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and experience in handling commercial projects are highly desirable.
