Join Our Team as a Property Manager!

Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our vibrant Mt Eden office. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, creating advertising for vacant properties, organizing maintenance, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining communication with landlords and tenants.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent people skills
• Previous property management experience
• General administration experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to remain composed and friendly in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to perform and succeed
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Palace Property Management system (preferred but not essential)
• Current full driver's license required

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and busy office environment. We value teamwork, drive, and energy, and we are looking for individuals who can thrive in such an environment.
