Job Overview

Are you a Recruitment Champ looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a difference in the commercial cleaning industry? CMOS is seeking a creative and innovative Recruitment Specialist to help them find experienced and exceptional cleaners for the Auckland area. In this role, you will also manage a Recruitment Specialist in Wellington and handle the hiring of all new office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection of new employees, including overseas recruitment when necessary
  • Onboarding of new employees and scheduling of H&S training
  • Conducting wellness phone calls to cleaners to aid in retention
  • Recruitment administration and coordination
  • Providing a proactive recruitment approach to frontline staff
  • Ensuring compliance with end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Leading and managing the Wellington-based Recruitment Coordinator
  • Following and improving the recruitment strategy
  • Assisting with recruitment for the Sydney-based office when needed
