Residential Site Manager | Contract Contract Job

Job Description

A residential development project in Auckland Central is seeking a construction professional to assist the Senior Site Manager in overseeing 25-30 standalone and duplex homes at various stages of construction. This role offers an hourly rate of $50 - $60 with an OTE of $120k+ and provides the opportunity to work as a contractor for a 6-month period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the project runs according to schedule
• Manage health and safety procedures
• Coordinate inspections
• Supervise sub-trades
• Prepare site reports

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with Procore
• Ability to follow construction schedules
• Prior experience with residential projects
• Demonstrated project management skills
