Position Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and other stakeholders, you will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong project management background.

Key Qualifications and Experience Needed

• Positive attitude and collaboration skills
• Client-focused with a commitment to efficiency and quality
• Strong emphasis on honesty, safety, and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and document control systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• NZIQS / RICS certification
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, managing projects up to $50 million
