The Opportunity

We are looking for a Rostering Coordinator (Resource Coordinator) to join our Enliven team in Auckland. Your role will involve scheduling Support Workers to provide care services to clients, ensuring efficient service provision and client satisfaction. This full-time position requires availability on Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6.30pm and Saturday from 6.30am to 3pm.

Your Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should be warm, engaging, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include: - Auckland-based with office work availability - Strong data entry and digital skills - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in roster scheduling is advantageous
