Job Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring timely project delivery
• High-level programming
• Quality management
• Overseeing the site-based team
• Setting and maintaining an efficient strategy
• Liaising with clients and consultants
• Developing and building relationships
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

• A trade background
• High-level construction management experience in the NZ Construction market
• Experience managing commercial projects of a similar scale

Location and Compensation

Location: Auckland Central Salary: NZD 165,000 - 200,000 per annum, $190K + vehicle
