Job Opportunity: Experienced Site Manager for Façade Projects in Auckland

Overview

A leading façade company in Auckland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team permanently. The ideal candidate will have a background in façade projects, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Duties

• Manage and supervise all site activities related to the installation of facades on commercial building projects.
• Oversee Health and Safety, as well as QA/QC duties.
• Develop and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party designers, engineering consultants, main contractors, and council.
• Organize, manage, and motivate on-site installers.
• Identify and address issues during construction and installation processes, working efficiently towards solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including site records, progress reports, QA, health and safety reports, and compliance documentation.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in façade construction in a site supervisor or manager role.
• Thorough understanding of facade systems, vertical construction, materials, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and lead site teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions at all levels, from laborers to clients.
• Capability to identify issues, assess risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Location and Benefits

Location: Auckland Central Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per annum
