About the Company:

Our client is a leading interiors main contractor that continues to secure a significant amount of work in the high-end interiors space. With projects valued up to $15 million, they are known for their excellence in dealing with high-end clients. Being comfortable in such an environment is crucial for success within this company.

The Role:

We are seeking an autonomous Senior Quantity Surveyor who can handle tendering for new projects as well as contract administration. As the sole charge on your assigned project, you must be capable of carrying out all aspects of quantity surveying effectively.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with a commercial main contractor (interiors/construction) in the New Zealand market. A qualification and a minimum of 7-8 years of experience are required. Demonstrating a high standard of presentation and communication skills is essential for this role.

Location:

Auckland CBD

Compensation:

NZD 160,000 - 175,000 per annum
