Overview

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity in Auckland? Grada Recruitment has partnered with a top Commercial Construction company with a strong pipeline of projects in the region. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a variety of high-profile projects ranging from $20M to $100M.

Role Responsibilities

- Work on Commercial projects including new builds, refurbishments, extensions, and fit-outs - Engage in early contractor involvement (ECI) projects - Collaborate in a team of 10+ Quantity Surveyors - Report directly to the Commercial Manager

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within medium to large Commercial Construction projects - Proven ability to lead all commercial aspects of complex projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and negotiate effectively - Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field - Ideally RICS / NZIQS certified
