Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, QS, or Construction Management
• Knowledge of design and construction methodology
• Experience in delivering complex land development and infrastructure projects
• Resilience, tenacity, and exceptional work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
• Understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Effective time management abilities
