Join Our Team as a Project Manager

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a background in insurance and construction? Morgan Project Services is offering an exciting opportunity to work on various claims across New Zealand. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, driving success, and collaborating with experienced professionals in the field. If you have a strong technical understanding of the building industry, construction practices, and are a registered building contractor or project manager, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage design consultants to meet insurance policy requirements and building code standards
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Conduct site meetings and develop scopes of work
• Engage specialists and external consultants when needed
• Liaise with contractors to streamline processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience in NZ/AUS
• Experience in construction and dealing with insurance claims
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in planning and program management
• Good understanding of the New Zealand Building Code and Health and Safety regulations
• Organized, reliable, and adaptable
