This part-time position offers up to 50 hours per fortnight, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.

Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, particularly those with complex behavioral support needs. Your responsibilities will include helping them with daily living tasks, fostering independence, managing routines, pursuing personal goals, and maintaining strong connections with their communities.

What We're Looking For

We value life experience and the right attitude above all else. While previous experience is preferred, it's not essential. Ideal candidates will have the skills to build meaningful relationships with the individuals they support, exhibit flexibility in working various shifts, possess a calm demeanor when faced with challenging behaviors, and demonstrate proficiency in using technology.
