Flexible Part-Time Positions with Opportunities for Growth

Looking for a job that offers flexibility and growth potential? Part-time vacancies are available, offering up to 50 hours per fortnight. As a Support Worker, you will have the chance to earn while you learn and gain nationally recognized qualifications. The hourly rate ranges from $23.15 to $28.25 depending on relevant qualifications.

What Does the Role Entail?

As a Support Worker, your role involves assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities in various aspects of their lives. This includes helping them with daily living skills, emotional regulation, pursuing goals and interests, maintaining healthy lifestyles, and fostering connections with their community. While dealing with challenging behaviors can be tough, with the right approach, you can make a significant difference in their lives.

What We're Looking For

We value individuals with life experience and the right attitude. While previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. Key qualities we seek include a calm nature, the ability to build good relationships, flexibility to work different shifts, proficiency in using technology, strong communication skills, and physical fitness. A Full NZ driver's license is also required.
