Established as part of Auckland Council's Long-term Plan, Auckland Future Fund Trustee Limited will manage an initial investment portfolio of approximately $1.3 billion. The organization aims to achieve a net return of 7.24% annually, with a portion reinvested back into the fund and distributions made to the council for infrastructure and operational funding.
