About the Role

As the Clinical and Operations Manager at Wingspan Trust, you will lead a team of 15 counselors across two locations. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration, ensuring best clinical practices, and upholding the NZAC code of ethics. You will report to the Chief Executive and play a key role in driving continuous improvement and growth in clinical services.

You will be tasked with reviewing and implementing changes to service delivery, providing mentorship to counselors, and navigating complex client scenarios. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in this role.

About You

If you have a background in psychology, psychotherapy, or a related clinical field, along with a solid understanding of the NZAC code of ethics, Wingspan Trust is looking for you. Your leadership skills, business acumen, and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement will be essential in shaping the organization's future.
