Join Our Team as a Senior Estimator for Interior Fit-Out Projects

About the Company

Are you ready to take your Quantity Surveying or Estimating career to the next level? Our client, a well-respected and established construction company in New Zealand, is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their Interior Fit-out team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and price competitive and comprehensive tenders for interior fit-out projects
• Ensure timely delivery of service offers with a high standard of presentation
• Liaise with clients and design teams during pre-construction negotiations
• Develop tender and construction programs
• Negotiate procurement contracts for the division's advantage
• Manage cashflow projections, claims, payments, and supplier/subcontractor payments
• Generate accurate reports on project status, financials, progress, and exceptions

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying
• Self-motivated with a positive approach to work
• Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service
• Effective interpersonal skills and team player
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency

Location and Salary

This position is based in Auckland Central, New Zealand, with a negotiable salary ranging from $140k to $160k per year.
