Position Overview

As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating problem-solving activities across the network, identifying root causes, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to drive problem-solving activities, enable effective collaboration across teams, and empower local teams to own and drive business improvement. Utilizing your black belt qualification, you will promote a culture of operational excellence and support local improvement specialists to uplift improvement capability across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support across all levels of the organization to empower improvement practices.
- Design and implement Continuous Improvement Programs.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance business performance.
- Analyze operational performance to identify areas of concern and best practices to share.
- Monitor, measure, and manage the benefits and outcomes of improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, and MOS frameworks.
