The Role of a Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you will lead by example and create a productive and safe environment for your team. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering/Project Management team to plan and execute work efficiently. Communication with stakeholders such as engineers and clients is crucial, and you will play a key role in helping your team develop their skills and achieve project success.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years' experience as a site manager/supervisor in land development
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of the NZ civil market
• Ability to lead multiple teams of varying sizes
• Great leadership and communication skills
