What You'll Be Doing

As a quantity surveyor in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across datacentres, tertiary institutions, schools, healthcare, and commercial apartments. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, processing variations, and final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. You will be supported by a senior team member to help develop your skills and experience.

Who They're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with at least 5-7 years of commercial main contractor QS experience or PQS experience who is looking to transition to a contractor role. The company values natural communicators who can easily build relationships at all levels.
