### Overview: - **Location:** Flexible (Wellington, Hamilton, Christchurch, Manukau, or Dunedin) - **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday with work from home options after training - **Salary:** $61,766 + 9% superannuation contribution

### About the Role: As a Real-Time Analyst, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring work queues in real-time, allocating work to teams, and promptly addressing any unforeseen events. If you excel in data-driven operational strategies, this role is tailored for you. You will also be the primary contact for system outages, requiring quick thinking and influencing skills.

### Key Requirements: - Proven experience in real-time or workforce management - Ability to manage workload fluctuations in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills to enhance operational efficiency - Excellent communication and influencing abilities - Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sharepoint, Power BI, and Genesys phone system is a plus
