Lead a Team in CTU for New Zealand Customs Service

## Overview: Join the Customs Technical Unit (CTU) as a Supervising Customs Officer to lead a team dedicated to disrupting criminal activity across New Zealand borders. You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing operational work, and ensuring the safety and well-being of your team members.

## Responsibilities: - Develop and coach team members - Oversee operational activities - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders - Undertake operational planning and manage resources - Create and review processes for work management and improvement - Assess team members' performance in the field and office - Foster trust-based relationships and uphold integrity and discretion

## Requirements: - Proven technical experience in leading operational activities - Previous experience in covert technical law enforcement environments - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Physical fitness to pass required tests - Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances - Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and deploy nationally or internationally
