Join Our Team as a Customer Care Team Member!

We are a Best Practice Certified and Gold Standard cat-friendly clinic located in Browns Bay, Auckland. We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Care Team member to join our team. If you possess attention to detail, outstanding customer service skills, are computer literate, and have a positive and caring demeanor, then we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside 5 experienced vets, 9 vet nurses, and 2 other Customer Care Team members. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming telephone lines, booking appointments, handling payments, conducting product sales, maintaining computer records, managing the reminder system, and assisting in various administrative tasks. You will also play a key role in ensuring that our clinic is clean, presentable, and welcoming for our clients and their furry companions.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the animal care industry. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and pay attention to detail. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to educate clients on animal health are also essential for this role.
