About the Role

As the Business Development Manager/Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing market share and growth opportunities in selected regions. This is a new business and relationship building sales role that involves working closely with clients and distribution channels. You will have the flexibility to work from home, the office, and on the road, with the full support of an established Head Office team in Auckland.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Growing new lending with direct client and intermediary relationships
• Offering innovative B2B commercial finance solutions
• Managing the credit process to meet customer goals
• Leading deal origination from application to settlement

As the sole BDM for the Auckland region, you will have the autonomy to shape the role and drive its success. A positive team attitude and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
