Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of heavy civil and structural projects, ensuring safety standards, quality standards, budgets, schedules, and project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed construction plans, manage the construction team and subcontractors, and optimize the use of resources for maximum efficiency.
• Report on project progress and performance, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role overseeing projects exceeding $10 million.
• Proven experience in heavy infrastructure projects, specifically in bridge construction.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
