Key Responsibilities

• Operate Weed Sprayer with precision and efficiency
• Perform pre-operation checks, calibrations, and routine maintenance on equipment
• Ensure accurate and effective application of herbicides and other agricultural products
• Monitor and document spraying activities, providing detailed reports and insights
• Collaborate with the agronomy team to develop and refine spraying strategies
• Comply with all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Valid STMS Cat A Operator or Mobile ticket with relevant experience
• Experience with driving a side by side and holding a Class 2 License
• Growsafe certification
• Proven expertise in operating agricultural spraying equipment
• Strong understanding of weed control techniques and herbicide application
• Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
