Position Overview

The National Manager role at Loscam Fresh is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day activities in the region. Working closely with the Country Manager, the National Manager will drive growth, deliver results, and work towards achieving business targets and strategic objectives.

This position requires building and maintaining key account relationships, ensuring profitability, and upholding environmental, health, and safety standards. It offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with national key accounts
• Create and implement business plans for commercial profitability
• Lead, manage, and improve the performance of the staff
• Set and monitor performance goals for direct reports
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

Position Requirements

• Proven leadership skills in the logistics or packing industry
• Experience in a fresh produce environment is highly regarded
